What data we collect and why

We only collect data we actually need. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

When you contact us via our contact form or by email: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and provide support. Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in answering business and general enquiries efficiently, which we have balanced against your privacy rights. If your enquiry relates to a potential contract or collaboration, the legal basis is the performance of a contract or taking pre-contractual steps.

When you subscribe to our blog/newsletter: your name and email address. We use this only to send you the updates you signed up for. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

When you leave a comment on our blog: your name, email address, and the comment itself. The name you submit may be displayed publicly alongside your comment; your email address is not published. Legal basis: your consent.

Automatically, when you visit (analytics): basic technical and usage information such as approximate location (derived from your IP address), pages viewed, time spent on pages, and how you arrived at the site. We collect this through analytics cookies only after you consent via our cookie banner. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which stores data on secure servers on our behalf. Wix acts as a data processor for us.
